Purpose of processing: responding to your inquiry, preparing a quote, and pre-contractual communication.
Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) — steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. For technical data (IP, user-agent), Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests (prevention of abuse, security logging).
Retention period: until the end of the 12th month following the closure of the inquiry, or, if a contract is concluded, for 8 years under Hungarian accounting law (Act C of 2000, § 169).
3. Data processors and third parties
We share the above data with the following data processors, solely for the purposes above:

The service runs on data centers within the European Union; transfers to the United States may occur to support the operation. The legal basis for such transfers is the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission, and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. - Database provider: Supabase Inc. (970 Toa Payoh North, #07-04, Singapore 318992). Region: eu-west-1 (Ireland). Physical storage takes place within the European Union. When technical support requires transfer to the United States, the legal basis is the SCCs and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Data processing agreements pursuant to GDPR Article 28 are in place with the data processors.
